Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 281(L&C), thus adopting CSHB 281(L&C) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 281(L&C)?"
